I can confirm that our service provider is still experiencing issues with uploading documents, which continue to impact Sense. Our engineers will continue to resolve the issue.

Investigating

Apologies for any inconvenience caused for users looking to add documents currently. We are seeing inconsistencies in the uploading of the documents, you may find it does not complete and continues to spin.

At the minute we're not seeing anything obvious that is causing the issue to be intermittent.

We have seen by cancelling (Top Left) and trying again it can show success.

We are continuing to work for a resolution and will provide further regular updates.
